Present in 5

Get Out of Your Head and Into the Present Moment in 5 Seconds

mindfulness, distractions, focus, calm, anxiety, peace

This incredibly simple technique will help you to focus, feel calmer and be more present. And it only take a few seconds.

And there’s a bonus! If you have young children, this tool is really useful in helping them calm down and focus when they’re upset.

  1. Pause and take a few slow deep breaths. (Try to pull the air into your belly.)

  2. Name 5 things that you can see around you. (Wall, clock, rug, tree…)

That’s it!

Repeat whenever your mind is swirling.

With regular use, this little tool will literally re-wire your brain for greater focus and peace.
