When life feels a bit hollow - when something feels like it’s missing, but you’re not sure what that is - it’s time to re-discover your voice.

Sometimes it’s just easier to play small, to hide behind your stories of what is and isn’t possible for you.

Sometimes it’s easier to take care of others - to encourage, inspire and support them along their path.

Until it isn’t.

Ignore your own voice for too long, and your life begins to feel hollow. If you’re like me (like I was) you may even reach a point where you don’t know what that voice sounds like anymore - where you feel as if you’ve lost yourself.
