What's OUT and What's IN for 2023

Who knew that gobblincore is OUT, while chaos cooking will reign in 2023?

I knew.
I just can't help it.

I don't even believe in things being in or out and yet I find myself gobbling up every IN and OUT list that crosses my path (the Washington Post's is best btw).

So, (drumroll) for the first time ever, I've created my own.
